Customer called IECR for some carpet repair, where the tile and carpet meet. We scheduled an appointment and when our tech arrived he noticed that the tack-strip was improperly installed. The grout should have been removed prior and because it wasn’t the carpet could not stay attached. Our tech removed the grout, added new tack-strip, stretched and tucked the carpet. Viola!!
