Customer in Menifee called IECR after her pet had damaged the carpet, where carpet and wood flooring meet. The damaged area had exposed tack-strip, which is dangerous if someone where to step on it. Luckily our customer took immediate action. Our tech had to add padding and do a patch to repair the area.
